The 221-412 – 2 pole compact splicing connectors are suitable for all wire types with a wide size range of 0.14mm to 4mm.

Proven and perfected: This cable connector is suitable for all wire types. This new series of WAGOs is 40% smaller and even more user-friendly than its successful predecessor, the 222 Series.

This 221 Series model is a tool free lever operated connector for electrical installations and allows the use of solid, stranded and fine-stranded wires to be connected faster, more reliably, while minimizing the amount of space in junction boxes.

The 221 series transparent housing allows for easier handling because the user can see exactly what they are doing. The transparent housing allows you to clearlysee if the wires are connected properly and stripped to the correct length when installing. Furthermore there are two easily accessible test ports, one in the wire entry direction and one opposite this, these allow you to test the connection even when installed.

The operating levers can now be opened and closed using noticeably less force the lateral hollowed-out grips provide a firm hold on the cable securing it in place.
