The CW40 SWA Cable Gland is suitable for 2.5mm 48 Core, 4mm 27 Core, 35mm 4 Core & 50mm 4 CoreArmoured Cable.

An Armoured Cable Gland is primarily used for inserting a length of cable into a device or piece of electrical equipment, whilst maintaining a safe and tight seal to provide a variety of benefits, including: Sealing and Retention, Earthing/Grounding, Bonding & Insulation.

The CW40 Armoured Cable Glands can be used for indoor or outdoor use, as they are waterproof and protected against environmental effects such as rain and snow.

All the Armoured Cable Glands that we stock and supply are designed and made to the British Standard of BS6121, meaning they are safe and have been thoroughly tested to ensure their integrity.

This pack contains: 2 Glands, 2 Locknuts, 2 PVC shrouds, 2 Earth tags
Brass indoor gland suitable for single wire armoured, plastic or rubber sheathed cable.
Recommended to use with shroud for additional ingress protection.
Earth tag to be used for earth continuity.
